Rising above the noise floor – using social to get noticed in a digital world

In an increasingly digital world, it is becoming harder for graduates to get noticed by employers.

In this keynote address, IBM’s Global Managing Partner for social consulting, Andrew Grill explained how you can “rise above the noise floor”, get noticed and further your career prospects using social media.

He also spoke about how digital disruption is impacting every company globally and how you can stay ahead.

Andrew has been online since 1983 and blogging since 2000. He provided practical tips on how to use social networks to get noticed by employers, and also how millennials can become valuable brand advocates for any company.
