Andrew launched PropertyLook in March 2001, it quickly became the largest, and
most comprehensive Commercial Property listing portal in the Australian and New
Zealand marketplace. PropertyLook only listed commercial properties, and as such
allowed people looking for commercial, industrial, retail, hotel, leisure and development properties to search from thousands of possibilities and provide them with immediate choice - choice of stock and choice of agent.

PropertyLook was not simply "another property website" but instead becamie the website of choice for commercial
agents and building owners wishing to promote their properties to the widest possible audience. PropertyLook also
offered a services directory to provide access to a wide range of service providers associated with commercial property transactions.

The site's core services included a comprehensive commercial property listing service, e-brochures, mini-websites direct mail functionality, and an on-line "keep me posted" service where users were informed of properties that meet their core criteria on a daily basis.

PropertyLook member agents had direct access to the PropertyLook system to enable them to add, modify and
enhance information about each listing. This means that the information about each property became an extension of
the normal marketing campaign to provide more information to people searching for commercial property in real time.

Membership of PropertyLook was open to all licensed Real Estate agents in Australia and New Zealand and provides an extremely cost-effective way of promoting commercial properties to the widest possible audience via the internet.

Andrew was responsible for the launch and development of the site as the CEO from January 2001 - January 2003.
